Don Rataj is a licensed architect in Florida, Alabama, and Virginia with over 40 years of experience in architectural design and construction. As an Architectural Expert Witness at MC Consultants and a Construction Arbitrator Panelist with the American Arbitration Association, he specializes in forensic investigations, construction defects, and the fair resolution of complex disputes. He is the founder and CEO of Rataj Architects, where he has managed diverse projects including multi-family apartments, LEED sustainable office buildings, and hospital facilities. He holds a BED in Environmental Design and Architecture from the University of Kansas.
